Living Nativity 2018 Vendor Application

The parties to this agreement are Granite Creek Community Church (Host) and hereafter Vendor.

• Vendor shall be allowed into location 1.5 hours before the event’s commencement at 5pm for the purpose of setting up Vendors booth space.
• Vendor shall not sell any goods or services other than those described on the Vendors application, and is up to the discretion of Host. No stolen merchandise, fire-arms, ammunition, explosives, alcoholic beverages, drugs or illegal items are permitted on the church grounds. Please note: As a Christian church, we reserve the right to modify and/or restrict the sale of merchandise that runs contrary to our beliefs and values.
• Vendors booth space shall be no larger than 8’ by 6’ or 10’ by 10’ depending on application and payment received. Vendor is responsible for tables, chairs, shade, power strips, 50-foot extension cords, etc. Electricity will be provided if requested during application process.
• Vendor will be responsible for providing the labor needed for all items related to the setup and breakdown of vendor booth space (tables, chairs and materials, etc.)
• No music or such devices shall be used within the Vendors space.
• Vendor will have one hour after the events conclusion at 9pm to dismantle and remove all personal items and products brought. Vendor will leave the location clean of trash and in the condition it was before Vendor occupied it, and will be held responsible for any damage. Vendor may leave booth overnight if they are registered to stay for multiple dates.
• Vendor is responsible for having all necessary permits available to sell at this event, and will show proof of said permits if requested.
• Vendor is responsible for their own liability and worker’s compensation liability insurance. (Highly recommended).
• The Host reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave for any reason.
• Host will not be held liable for any sales tax which may or may not be collected by Vendor during the event
• The Host is not responsible for monitoring or to guarantee exclusivity on merchandise sales. Please utilize the marketing tools you will be given to increase the chances of success.

Vendor Donations:

8'x6' indoor booth 10'x10' outdoor booth:

• $35 for one night
• $70 for two nights
• $105 for three nights
• $110 for all four nights

Donations are due one week after acceptance email is sent.

Any vendor who does not meet this deadline risks forfeiting their booth in the marketplace to those on the waiting list.
